How to Replace a Kia Sportage Replacement Key
For a number of Kia models, the key contains a keyless entry system built-in. This key usually resembles the remote control and can be changed by a new one purchased from an Kia dealer or locksmith.

How to replace the remote key or smartkey
The battery inside your Kia's smart key will eventually need be replaced, regardless of whether it is a remote key, a push-to-start key or a standard metal key that doesn't have an electronic transponder.
